Initial Inspection and Engine Removal
The process begins with an engine inspection to identify issues. Records ensure compliance, and once cleared, engine is removed to prevent.

Disassembly and Documentation
The engine is disassembled into components like cylinders and pistons. Each part is tagged for tracking, with notes taken for proper reassembly and identifying abnormalities.

Cleaning and Inspection
Components are cleaned using ultrasonic methods. Nondestructive testing detects, while dimensional inspections ensure manufacturer tolerances.

Repair or Replacement of Components
Worn components found during inspection are repaired or. Cylinders may be honed, valves and seats ground for a tight seal, and bearings, seals, and gaskets replaced during overhauls.

Crankshaft and Camshaft Reconditioning
The crankshaft and camshaft are inspected for wear, cracks, or imbalance. If necessary, the crankshaft is polished, reground, or replaced. Camshafts are also repaired or replaced to ensure proper timing and smooth operation.

Cylinder Overhaul
Cylinders are vital engine parts. They can be honed replaced, and new piston rings are fitted.ves are tested, and the assembly is balanced for performance.

Balancing and Assembly of Major Components
Balancing the engine's components reduces vibration and improves efficiency, with precise assembly, torque, and safety wiring ensuring performance and reliability.

Testing of Accessories
We inspect and service essential accessories like magnetos and fuel pumps. We ensure fuel and oil systems operate, replacing filters as needed. Your vehicle's performance is our priority!

Final Engine Assembly
Once all components are overhauled and inspected, the engine is reassembled following the manufacturer’s service manual and industry best practices. Special attention is given to torque specifications, sealing, and alignment during the final assembly to ensure optimal performance.

Testing and Run-In Procedures
The overhauled engine is tested on a certified stand. This includes a "run-in" to seat piston rings, performance checks for output and oil pressure, and leak tests for seal security. Adjustments optimize performance.

Final Inspection & Documentation
After testing, the engine is thoroughly inspected once more to confirm compliance with all manufacturer and FAA requirements. Detailed documentation is prepared, including overhaul reports, test results, and any applicable certifications. The engine logbook is updated with all relevant information.

Engine Reinstallation and Post-Installation Testing
The overhauled engine is reinstalled and tested for proper integration. Once cleared, it ensures reliability, safety, and performance in aviation standards.
